Apple: we're talking about a fantastic fruit that hides so many beneficial properties that could require a separate post. Vitamins, mineral salts, indicated in diets due the sense of satiety that provides, kindneys stimulating, cholesterol safe... By the way, Nature knows what must be done. Talking about taste, even U-Cook knows something, actually: today we want to present you a different plum cake: give it a try!
Plum cake with apple and hazelnuts
- 150 g of butter
- 150 g of white flour
- 120 g of sugar
- 60 g of toasted hazelnuts
- 60 g of yogurt (no fat)
- 1 egg
- 1 portion of yeast
- 1 apple
Toast the hazelnuts in the oven for a few minutes. Puor into a bowl 60g of sugar and butter. Add the egg and the yogurth mixing well. Pour the hazelnuts in a food processor along with the 60g of sugar remaining and combine all the main dough. Pour half of the mixture into a pan, put the slices of peeled apple and cover with the other half of the dough. Bake now at 180° for 35.
Serve with custard and... enjoy!
